2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. What are the shipping options and delivery times? We offer Standard shipping at $15, with a delivery time of 7-14 business days. Please note that orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before dispatch. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
4. What is your return policy? You may return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first to initiate a return. Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
5. How do I track my order? Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can use it with USPS, UPS, or FedEx-whichever carrier we use for your package. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder or contact us.
6. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not shipped yet. After that, please wait for delivery and then initiate a return if needed.
7. How many products can the organizer hold? It depends on the size and compartment layout. Our most popular model holds about 30-40 items, including tall bottles and small lipsticks. Each rotation makes everything accessible without piling things on top of each other.
8. How do I clean the organizer? Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers, which can damage the finish. The surface is designed to resist minor makeup smudges-just wipe and it is good as new.
